As a devoted Iyengar Yoga practitioner and teacher, I have spent decades studying directly with the Iyengar family in Pune, India. Each class is a quiet yet powerful invitation to awaken the intelligence of the body and experience the stillness of the mind.
Vimeo On-Demand: With over 500 classes offered, she shares a wide range of yoga practices designed for all levels.
Iyengar Yoga
A practice of precision, alignment, and awareness. Each posture becomes a study in balance—uniting body, mind, and breath through mindful action. Props such as blocks, straps, and blankets support correct alignment and make each pose accessible to everyone.
Through steady practice, students develop strength, stability, flexibility, and clarity. Iyengar Yoga refines the body’s intelligence and awakens awareness in every movement, creating both inner stillness and outer strength.
Gentle Beach Yoga
Set in the serene beauty of nature, these classes focus on improving mobility, flexibility, and strength while enhancing posture and releasing stress. Suitable for all levels, this practice nurtures both body and mind, fostering tranquility, vitality, and rejuvenation.
“The body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in. Aim high, and you will be on the threshold of bliss.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
