"The decision to relax rather than to grip, even in the face of impatience or fear, is a conscious and brave choice.”
“Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life.”
"Attainment is when the body has been conquered, not forgotten. Persistent practice alone is the key to yoga.”
"The practice of asana removes obstructions, and makes the energy and intelligence flow everywhere, in every nook and corner of the body. As the body is the shrine of the soul, it has to be kept healthy, clean, and pure, as a heaven on earth."
