Beginner Beach Yoga
Amidst the pristine beauty of nature, you’ll cultivate mobility, flexibility, and strength through mindful movement and breath. This healing practice not only enhances your posture but also releases deep-seated stress and tension, inspiring a profound sense of relaxation and well-being.
Iyengar Yoga Level 1-2
These classes cultivate physical stability, alignment, balance, and mental clarity through a comprehensive and methodical practice. You’ll explore all categories of asanas along with pranayama (breathwork), with an emphasis on precision, sequencing, and the intelligent use of props. This approach deepens body awareness and supports the development of a strong, sustainable personal practice.
Beginner Iyengar Yoga (46 minutes)
This gentle practice includes standing asanas for balance and strength, forward extension for flexibility, back bending for strength, twisting for mobility, abdominal strength, and relaxation for peace of mind.
Yoga Core Conditioning (50 minutes)
This routine is suitable for all levels. It will improve your posture, build total-body strength, and increase flexibility and joint mobility. Through stretching, lightweight training, and movement, you will begin to maintain balance and find ease in your body.
