In this class, you will develop mobility, flexibility, and strength to improve your posture and release stress. Everyone of all ages and levels is welcome.
These classes build physical stability and mental alertness. You will practice standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions, and pranayama (breathwork).
Beginner Iyengar Yoga (46 minutes)
This gentle practice includes standing asanas for balance and strength, forward extension for flexibility, back bending for strength, twisting for mobility, abdominal strength, and relaxation for peace of mind.
Yoga Core Conditioning
This 50-minute routine is suitable for all levels. It will improve your posture, build total-body strength, and increase flexibility and joint mobility. Through stretching, lightweight training, and movement, you will begin to maintain balance and find ease in your body.
