Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Deni moved to Maui in 1999 to teach yoga in paradise. A teacher, yogini, and advocate of balance, Deni is known for her strength, flexibility, independence, and devotion as a mother and grandmother. Passionate about travel, diversity, and new experiences, she is also recognized for her organized, healthy, and stylish approach to life.

Deni has practiced Iyengar Yoga since the 1980s, completing 15 intensives and 4 years of direct study with B.K.S. Iyengar and his family in Pune, India. Her travels through India and Nepal to sacred sites deeply influenced her teaching and life.
Deni offers both group classes and private mentoring.
