Gentle Beach Yoga
In the serene beauty of nature, these classes focus on improving mobility, flexibility, and strength, helping you enhance your posture and release stress. Iyengar Yoga
These classes emphasize physical stability and mental clarity through precise alignment and detailed instruction. You’ll practice a range of poses—standing postures, forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions—and pranayama (breathwork). The focus is on building strength, flexibility, and awareness while developing a disciplined, focused approach to your practice.
Beginner Iyengar Yoga (46 minutes)
This gentle practice includes standing asanas for balance and strength, forward extension for flexibility, back bending for strength, twisting for mobility, abdominal strength, and relaxation for peace of mind.
Yoga Core Conditioning
This 50-minute routine is suitable for all levels. It will improve your posture, build total-body strength, and increase flexibility and joint mobility. Through stretching, lightweight training, and movement, you will begin to maintain balance and find ease in your body.
