Stretch, strengthen, and move as you feel the ocean breeze, hear the rhythm of the waves, and begin your day with clarity, vitality, and peace.

YogaMovement

Saturday & Sunday

9:30-10:45 am

30 minutes of rhythmic movement to awaken chi, cultivating agility and mobility with music- 35 minutes of asana refining strength, alignment, balance, and awareness- 10 minutes of śavāsana for integration, and renewal.

Due to the Beach House Restaurant construction, classes are currently offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
