Beginner Iyengar Yoga (46 minutes)
Standing asanas for balance and strength, forward extension for flexibility, back bending for strength, twisting for mobility, abdominal strengtheners, and relaxation for peace of mind.
Yoga Core Conditioning (55 minutes)
Stretching, strengthening with light weights, movement for mobility with deep relaxation. Beginner to advanced level.
