IYENGAR YOGA (46 minutes)
Standing asanas for balance and strength, forward extension for flexibility, back bending for strength, twisting for mobility, abdominal strengtheners, and relaxation for peace of mind.
YOGA CORE CONDITIONING (55 minutes)
Lightweights to strengthen bones and tone. Movement for mobility and cardio conditioning. You are stretching for flexibility.
