IYENGAR HATHA YOGA
A 44-minute practice including standing poses, twists, forward bends, backbends, abdominal and restorative. You will improve your flexibility, strength, and mobility of your joints. This practice concludes with a restorative and relaxation session to calm the mind and nervous system. The following props are needed: A yoga mat, two blocks, a belt, and a blanket.
YOGA CORE CONDITIONING
A 50-minute practice to improve your posture and build strength while increasing flexibility and joint mobility. Through stretching, lightweight training, and movement, you will begin to maintain balance and find ease in your body. The video ends with a relaxation segment to quiet the body and mind.
