Begin your day in yoga practice to help heal physical and mental pain and suffering and prevent future problems. Even as little as 15-20 minutes daily will keep you on the path to health.
When you begin yoga, your body may revolt and say this is too difficult. However, if you stick with it, your body will release the tension (stress) that is the root cause of most health problems.
Set up a space at home with your yoga props. Light a candle, sit cross-legged, close your eyes and quiet your mind. Then write in your journal, Check-in; how are you feeling today? How was your sleep? How does your body feel, energy level, and emotions?
Yoga is the relationship you develop with yourself for self-care and self-healing. Yoga practice is always there to support you're living a happy, healthy, and peaceful life.
