GENTLE BEACH YOGA

Iyengar Yoga is accessible for all ages and all body types. Deni teaches with slow, guided, detailed instruction, emphasizing body alignment, balance, centering, and healing. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, and a sense of calm, clarity, and well-being.
IYENGAR YOGA (Restorative/Pranayama)
A practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. A class with deeply restful, supportive asana designed to rejuvenate and alleviate stress and strain. Foundations of Pranayama (breath control) are practiced. A wide variety of props are used to support your body.
