My mainframe was built by Iyengar Yoga studies and training.
It is firm from the inside/out.
Deeply rooted, grounded, disciplined, in daily yoga practice.
This gift to myself daily is what keeps me happy and healthy.
As a spiritual seeker, many other great teachers have influenced me.
OSHO gave me my wings of freedom and to celebrate life every day.
Krishna "Set your heart on your work, but never the reward."
Ramana Maharshi guided me to inquire “Who Am I”
Buddha reminds me that my thoughts create my life.
Yogi Bhajan taught me how to live a healthy life.
Ammaji showed me through the path of love to serve humanity selflessly.
Family, students, friends are my true teachers.
How I interact, respond with an open heart is the true reflection of a yoga life well lived.
